Last Time to Register for Classes? Yikes.
I am sitting across from my roommate Mike at our makeshift table pondering how quickly...
That's right - one last time to register for classes. Mike and I have been discussing how quickly time has passed since we arrived at Duke over a year ago. A combination of meeting new people each day, learning about new subjects every 4 months, and overfilling the schedule book with extracurricular activites has kept life moving fast - almost too fast. In fact, tonight, I'm dropping the books and heading to Dane's for a burger and beer, and to play some dodgeball with the Nic school team the Green Devils. Before I know it, I'll be on the job with 3 weeks of vacation a year. In school, it seems like everyday is a vacation day. Later.

Mike, a 2nd year Conservation Science
and Policy student, studies sustainable agriculture.
Alex is a 1st year MEM/MBA student interested in creating financial incentives for conservation.
David, a first-year MEM student with a concentration in Ecosystem Science and
Conservation, is interested in the impacts of development
on urban ecosystems.
