Glenda is a committed, results oriented, and
creative career management professional who
has been recognized for her unique talent in
understanding individual client needs and establishing
appropriate strategies to assist them in developing
and implementing their career plans. Prior to
joining the Nicholas School, she worked as career
consultant coaching and facilitating career
workshops for over 2000 clients. Additionally,
Glenda comes to us with 15 years Human Resources
management experience in corporate and manufacturing
settings. During her time in industry, she earned
the internationally recognized Senior Professional
Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the
Society of Human Resource Management. Glenda
completed her Bachelor of Business Administration
degree at the University of North Texas and
Master of Arts at North Carolina Central University.
Being a native Texan, football is her sport
of choice. One of her favorite pastimes is watching
the Dallas Cowboys with her husband and son
on Sunday afternoons.
