Redford Williams, MD Delivers Plenary Keynote at the 13th Annual Congress of the Asian College of Psychosomatic Medicine -- September 09, 2008

On September 1st, 2008 Dr. Redford Williams, Head of the Division of Behavioral Medicine at Duke University Medical Center, delivered the special lecture "Gene by Environment Interactions: A New Paradigm for Psychosomatic Medicine?" to the 13th Annual Congress of the Asian College of Psychosomatic Medicine in Seoul, South Korea. Dr. Williams is also Principal Investigator of the Healthy Pregnancy, Healthy Baby Study at the Southern Center on Environmentally Driven Disparities in Birth Outcomes (SCEDDBO) where he collaborates with other researchers to identify genetic, social and environmental contributors to disparities in pregnancy outcomes among women in the US South.
