In addition to open enrollment classes, DEL offers a Custom Course Program to meet clients’ specific training needs.

Advantages of custom-designed courses include the opportunity to train your entire work group at one time, saving on travel costs and increasing convenience, and a program designed to meet your specific goals, objectives and challenges. To customize a program for your corporation, organization or agency, existing short courses can be tailored to meet your needs, or new courses can be created by a team of Duke Faculty and contract instructors. Instruction can be provided at Duke or at a site of the client’s choosing.

Custom courses have been designed for clients such as: Boston Scientific, Duke Power Company, Rayonier, NC Wildlife Resources Commission, The Nature Conservancy, The World Bank, US Army National Guard, US Army Corps of Engineers, Parametrix and Westvaco.
