Thank you for your interest in the Duke Environmental Leadership Master of Environmental Management (DEL-MEM). The DEL-MEM is an innovative, online and on-campus two-year degree program designed specifically for mid-career environmental professionals and business executives. Students continue to pursue their career and live across the country (and world!) while earning a master’s degree! Our unique online program, with short on-campus visits, is designed for working professionals with a minimum of five years environmental-related experience. The DEL-MEM includes an assortment of course options, driven by a broad perspective of interdisciplinary and global themes, strategic approaches to environmental management, communication and effective leadership.
