Alumni and Friends Meet the Dean

Receptions in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Cleveland, Durham, New York and Washington, D.C., brought Duke alumni and friends together to meet new Nicholas School dean, William H. Schlesinger. In talks to alums, Schlesinger highlighted developments at the Nicholas School and discussed the school's global climate change research. "I have met people across the country who seem starved for truthful information about the environment. The Nicholas School is poised to provide such unbiased information, based on the original work of our faculty." Look for more "Meet the Dean" events in Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle and Houston in 2002-2003.
