Hallie KnuffmanHallie Knuffman
Hallie (Katarski) Knuffman joined the Climate Change Policy Partnership in November 2005 as Research Analyst.  In addition to conducting research, her primary duties are to coordinate the efforts of the three Duke University participant groups—the Nicholas School, CGC, and Nicholas Institute—and graduate student researchers.  Hallie’s climate change experience includes three years in the Climate and Air Program at Environmental Defense in Washington, DC, focusing on international climate change policy.  Before joining the CCPP, she served as Program Coordinator for the evening and weekend MBA programs at the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.  Hallie has a BA in Linguistics and Russian.
