Amy Schick KenneyAmy Schick Kenney
Amy Schick Kenney is the Ongoing Support Director for the Fisheries Leadership & Sustainability Forum, a partnership between the Nicholas Institute, Stanford’s Woods Institute and Environmental Defense Fund. The Fisheries Forum provides continuing education and professional development opportunities for fishery managers.

Prior to joining the Nicholas Institute Amy worked as an independent consultant for ocean and fishery policy, working on ecosystem-based approach to fishery management, advancing state-based ocean policy in New York and New Jersey, and national standards for marine aquaculture. She recently served as the Director for Marine Conservation Policy at the Pew Oceans Commission specializing in fisheries, marine aquaculture and marine protected areas. She also served as a fishery management plan coordinator for the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission.

She received a B.S. in Biology and Environmental Science & Policy from Duke University and continued her studies at Duke for a Master’s degree in coastal environmental management.
