The Nicholas Institute occupies three spaces on Duke University’s West Campus in Durham, NC, at 2101, 2111, and 2117 Campus Drive. Directions to these locations can be found below.
University

From the RDU Airport/Raleigh/East Carolina:
- Merge onto I-40 West toward Durham/Chapel Hill
- Merge onto Durham Freeway NC-147 North via exit 279B to Durham/Downtown
- Take the Swift Ave exit toward US-70/Ninth St/Duke University East Campus
- Take a LEFT on Swift Ave
- Take a RIGHT onto Campus Drive (left side of street is called Myrtle, but they are the same)
- Go two blocks down and look for a white house on the LEFT corner of Anderson and Campus Drive
- The Nicholas Institute is comprised of this house and the two that follow on the same LEFT side of the street. Parking in the rear of each house is limited; park across the street if you have a Duke ID
From Chapel Hill:
- Head north on Franklin to get onto 15-501 towards Durham
- Take exit 105A onto 15-501 Business North toward downtown Durham
- Take a RIGHT at exit 107 onto Cameron Blvd/NC-751 to Duke University West Campus
- Take a LEFT at Duke University Rd (University Rd on street sign)
- Turn LEFT at Chapel Dr
- When arriving at the traffic circle, take the first exit onto Campus Dr
- The Nicholas Institute is comprised of the last three houses on the RIGHT side of the street before you reach the intersection with Anderson St. Parking in the rear of each house is limited; park across the street if you have a Duke ID
From Greensboro
- Take I-40 East to I-85 North
- Merge onto Durham Freeway NC-147 South via exit 172 toward Durham/Downtown/Research Triangle Park
- Take the Swift Ave exit toward Ninth St/Duke University East Campus
- Take a RIGHT on Swift Ave
- Take a RIGHT onto Campus Drive (left side of street is called Myrtle, but they are the same)
