R. Neal Elliott, Industrial Program Director for the American Council for Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), is an internationally recognized expert and author on energy efficiency in manufacturing and agriculture, industrial energy efficiency programs, motor systems, and combined heat and power systems. He received his BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from NC State University and his PhD from Duke.
