  2:00 pm, A247 – Keeley will share his experiences about what local governments can do to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases, how to develop their economies, and how to provide the necessary funds.

  5:00 pm, 2101 Campus Drive – Keeley will lead an informal seminar on how to improve communication with Latinos in order to build coalitions and enact environmental legislation.
