- Adventures with Eluminate

- currently a pilot, Spring 07 will be public
- Fall 07 - optional/available for students
- Spring 09 - mandatory for grads
- Integrates w/ online catalog when search all databases
- Workflow will be similar to undergrad honors papers
- Self-submission form (web auth) - with metadata such as name, title, abstract, keywords
- Do we want a defined list of keywords?
- Policy on form that indicates student agrees content will be publicly available
- Require students to submit - Follow-up and approval system?
- Tim Pyatt in University Archives will look at what we have now and start working with it
- We will need to collect papers from Dec. grads

- Computers and PhD students - suggested we need to advertise this

Aparna - students will be interested; could we put up a site of our own
Some of the programs - courses are poorly taught - school knows, but not doing anything - could take class at UNC that people like - but if not told then new students aren't aware.
