- Jennifer asked if access to these could be ‘nested’ so that a google search doesn’t take you straight to it?

Internal Audit - Policy and Standard Procedure Review and Approval by Dec 30, 2007:
- Policies:
- Acceptable Use
- Pat suggested adding a statement of consequence if policy not followed, e.g., “If there is evidence of gross infringements, the Duke IT Security office will be notified.”
- Security
- User Account
- We also looked at document “Data Storage on the Nicholas Network” https://collaborate.nicholas.duke.edu/techsupport/policies-procedures/data-storage-on-the-nicholas-network/. Consensus was that IT should set quota and state that disk space is for academic purposes but not scan for specific items, such as mp3 or pictures.Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery –
Policy (pending) due Dec 30, 2007 but Plan due June 30, 2008 - Backup and Recovery due June 30, 2008
