Bio:
I grew up in Kobe, Japan. After I worked for IBM in Japan and Taiwan for 7 years, I decided to study environment management. I wanted to apply IT technology to solve environment issues, rather than for business. I met Dr.Barber at the Nicholas school in Duke University. and I decided to work with him. Now I'm working with my Ph.D adviser, Dr. Barber, and Susan Lozier in EOS Department. As Visualization of ocean science data, I've created El Nino animation. (Advised by Rachael Brady.)
