Enrollment Form Submission dates*

’09 Fall semester: April 1, 2009
’10 Spring semester: December 1, 2009
’10 Summer I term: April 16, 2010
’10 Summer II term: June 11, 2010

*Enrollment to the Duke Marine Lab is first-come, first-served. Enrollment forms will be accepted after the deadline if space is still available.

NOTES:

• Non-Duke students are required to submit current transcripts
• Non-Duke students pay a $25 deposit (per summer enrollment form) once enrolled; this deposit is non-refundable, but is applied toward your tuition
• Duke students and international students living outside the US are not required to send a summer enrollment deposit
