En route to Morondava

Morondava isn’t that far from Tana – in a straight line. Did you ever hear the phrase “you can’t get there from here?” That’s what today’s driving feels like. We’re not in 4wd, but we’re certainly off-road for most of the day. Little continuous pavement and sudden sinkholes in otherwise good looking roads make for slow progress. We’ve headed S from Tana, turned right at Antsirabe, and are headed to the middle of the West Coast of Madgascar. We’re going to be tired!
