Laurel ReddingLaurel Redding

Laurel Redding is currently an undergraduate at Duke University, studying a pre-vet curriculum in addition to a religion major. She has spent this past year doing a Junior Year Abroad at Oxford University and originally hails from Paris, France. She is planning on going to vet school later on, although still undecided whether to pursue a more clinical or research-related career.

Laurel spent two months last summer working in Madagascar working with Luke's project and doing independent research as well. She very much regrets not being able to return this summer and wishes the new team well. She hopes, however, to return to Madagascar after graduation from Duke on a Fulbright scholarship, doing veterinary-related research.

Laurel's interests are quite diverse, and range from singing in the Duke Chapel Choir and in the Keble College Chapel Choir, to playing for the Oxford Polo team
