July 26 - "Clouds of Witness: Lying, Truth Telling and Climate Change"

A talk about the ethics of climate change by Michael Northcott, Professor of Ethics at the University of Edinburgh.

Dr. Northcott was a visiting professor at Duke in 2005.  While here, he conducted much of the research for his forthcoming book ("The Moral Climate: The Ethics of Climate Change").  He is an ordained Anglican Priest, Associate Rector at St James, Leith, and Canon Theologian of Liverpool Cathedral.  Dr. Northcott's work focuses on the interface between theological ethics and the human sciences.
