Registration Procedures

EOS

You should meet with the EOS Director of Undergraduate Studies before your registration window opens in order to discuss the courses you plan to take next semester and to be marked eligible to enroll for the term. The Director of Undergraduate Studies will hold extra office hours during registration. All EOS majors will receive an e-mail listing of the full office hours for that time period.

ENV

You should make plans to see your advisor before your registration window opens to discuss the courses you plan to take next semester. You must meet with your advisor before you can be marked eligible to enroll. Here are some guidelines for registration:

  • Contact your advisor to schedule an advising appointment.
  • During registration, you will receive a major’s worksheet listing the courses you have taken toward the major. It is important to review this with your advisor, make any necessary changes and contact the undergrad program office with changes.
  • A list of approved Focused Study courses for the semester is available on the Approved Courses Page. ENV majors can choose from this list when selecting upper-level courses for the Focused Study requirement.
  • Juniors must submit a final Focused Study essay approved by their advisor before they will be able to register for the Fall semester. Email a copy of your Focused Study essay to the Undergraduate Program Office
