Neighbarger oversees the administration of the Wetland Center’s operations in Durham and Florida, including personnel and budget matters. In addition he serves as Editor of WetlandWire, maintains the center’s library, and participates in the preparation of manuscripts for publication. The only nonscientist on the Wetland Center staff, Neighbarger is an organist, harpsichordist, and chorister in his off hours. His own publications include a book on Restoration theater music as well as articles on American opera and 20th century organ music.
