Morad BALI is postdoctoral associate in macroeconomics at Duke University. His research focuses on the economic impact of international sanctions. In France, he is also affiliated to the laboratory “CESICE” (Center for Studies on International Security and European Cooperation) and to the IRNC (Institute for Research on Non-Violent Conflict Resolution).
